park avenue - The 2nd & 3rd floors

The two upper floors of the mansion are accessed by the grand staircase and a second back "servants" stairway leading from the kitchen. The second floor has a large landing and guest bathroom at the top of the grand stairway. The family's four bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, are on the second floor. The third floor, originally the "servants" quarters has been renovated into a craft room and guest bedrooms.
